Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, receiving supervision, and maintaining detailed daily data entry for all patient programs.

Candidates should ideally have 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism, though this is preferred, not required. Essential requirements include a high school degree, excellent communication skills, willingness to undergo a background check, and possessing a reliable car and driver's license for client travel.
