Early Head Start Teacher

The early head start teacher organizes classroom space and equipment to meet individual child needs, providing developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration and learning by doing. Responsibilities also include instructing children, interacting supportively, ensuring child safety, maintaining order, conducting parent conferences, and completing required daily documentation.

Candidates must possess an infant toddler cda credential along with three years of early childhood experience and a commitment to working towards an associate's degree in early childhood education. Required certifications include cpr and first aid, along with a valid class c texas driver license.
