Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians are responsible for successfully completing training, implementing teaching programs designed by supervisors, and ensuring children are safe and engaged. Key duties include managing positive client behavior, recording accurate data, and teaching essential life skills in a fun, play-Centered setting.

Candidates must have experience working with or teaching children aged 2-10 years old, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be fluent in using an ipad or chromebook, along with having access to reliable transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to those with rbt certification or related degrees.
