ABA Mid-Level Supervisor

The role involves implementing treatment plans, providing parent consultations, and training registered behavior technicians (Rbts) to enhance client skill acquisition and replacement behaviors. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and either a master's degree in a related field or enrollment in an aba graduate program with a minimum of 12 units completed. Required qualifications also include completion of 1,500 hours towards bcba certification, the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 50 lbs., and passing background checks.
