The therapist will provide therapy services to clients within a school setting, requiring the formulation of diagnoses based on intake assessments and timely completion of all necessary clinical documentation. Essential duties also involve creating and updating treatment plans and responding professionally to supervisory communication, including urgent care needs.

A master’s degree is required in fields such as clinical psychology, mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy, with licensure eligibility preferred. Clinical experience gained through internships or practicums is mandatory, along with the ability to utilize computer software and possessing a valid driver's license.
