Personal Care Aide

The personal care aide will support students with academic, behavioral, and self-Care needs, assisting in implementing educational plans and providing support during classroom instruction and school activities. This role involves helping students stay engaged, complete tasks, and assisting with personal care needs as required.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably have experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral needs. Required competencies include knowledge of behavior management strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and consistent.
