Speech-Language Pathologist

The speech-Language pathologist is responsible for promoting student educational success by assessing, evaluating, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders through direct therapy and consultation services. Essential functions include developing and implementing ieps, providing whole-Class language lessons, and maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports.

Candidates must possess a master's degree or higher in communication disorders or speech-Language pathology and hold a cde-Issued special services license as a speech language pathologist. Required expertise includes familiarity with federal, state, and csi guidelines, proficiency with standardized assessment procedures, and knowledge of research-Based interventions.
