Bilingual Compliance Associate (spanish)

The compliance associate is responsible for collecting, documenting, and monitoring child health data while ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations (Ehs/Dhs/Naeyc). Key functions include overseeing health protocols, serving as a point of contact for health questions, tracking referrals, and maintaining accurate health documentation.

Candidates need broad knowledge of head start performance standards and child care licensing, along with the ability to make quick decisions regarding child health and safety. Minimum qualifications require either a bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience or a high school diploma/Ged with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
