The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy. Responsibilities also include physical engagement such as pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 pounds, sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running based on client needs.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. A high school education is required, and availability for consistent weekly schedules including mornings, afternoons, and/Or evenings is necessary.
