  • Duties: Provide individual, family, and group therapy in the community, meeting clients where they are. Conduct intake interviews, develop treatment plans, and work with clients and families to achieve recovery goals. Offer critical crisis management services, including risk assessment and intervention. Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care. Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful outcomes, tracking progress and adapting plans as needed.

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Must have or be under Board-approved supervision for licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, or LBP). Expertise in managing complex cases, providing therapy, and navigating behavioral health systems. Proficiency in MS Word, excellent interpersonal communication, and a strong ability to work autonomously in community settings. This position requires travel, reliable transportation, and a high degree of adaptability. Business auto insurance coverage is required. CPR, First Aid, Therapeutic Options (within 30 days), Co-Occurring Training, and Trauma-Informed Training (within 60 days).
