The role involves conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing caregiver training and family support. Candidates must possess active bcba certification and state licensure, along with a master's degree in aba, psychology, education, or a related field. Strong skills in leadership, communication, and organization are also necessary for this position.
