Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba will be responsible for developing and supervising individualized behavior support plans, mentoring behavior technicians, completing assessments, and collaborating with families and professionals to achieve client outcomes. Responsibilities also include facilitating staff trainings, evaluating team performance, and supporting client advocacy at meetings like ieps and ifsps.

Candidates must possess a master's degree and current board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation are also required, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
