Social Worker School SW

The school social worker will provide therapy services, conduct assessments, develop individualized education program (Iep) plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and parents. Responsibilities also include supporting students according to their iep requirements and handling duties like evaluations, consultation, and documentation.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work (Msw) and hold or be eligible for the colorado department of education (Cde) special services provider (Ssp) license with a school social worker endorsement. Experience working with children or school-Aged students and knowledge of ieps and special education law are preferred.
