Lead Teacher for Two Year Old Classroom

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum using the proprietary wonder of learning® program, leading daily activities, and inspiring young minds. Key duties include maintaining a safe classroom environment, communicating effectively with families, upholding health and safety standards, and actively participating in professional development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a child development associate (Cda) being preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
