Student Respiratory Care Practitioner Intern

The intern practices respiratory care tasks based on their curriculum level under the direct supervision of a licensed respiratory care practitioner. Interns must only perform tasks for which they have been deemed competent by their educational institution and must maintain active enrollment in the required work-Study course.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a respiratory care program approved by the respiratory care board of california and possess a high school diploma or ged. Successful completion of first-Year clinical rotations and certifications in pediatric advanced life support and basic life support are also required.
