Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans while collecting and recording data. They will also communicate client progress to parents and caregivers under bcba guidance and assist in preparing therapy materials.

Candidates must meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 30 pounds and maintaining various postures for extended periods, and must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable are essential.
