Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, writing therapy notes, and communicating client progress with parents under bcba guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential functions require physical abilities such as lifting up to 30 pounds, assuming various postures for extended periods, and attending to basic client needs like feeding and toileting.
