Nursing Skills Lab and Simulation Technician

The technician supports the operation, maintenance, and delivery of skills lab and simulation-Based education within the nursing program, ensuring environments are functional, safe, and aligned with curricular objectives. Key duties involve preparing and operating simulation equipment, coordinating maintenance, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

A minimum of an associate degree is required, though a bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, or biomedical technology is preferred, along with 1–2 years of experience in a clinical, simulation, or educational lab setting. Candidates must be able to operate and troubleshoot simulation technology and adhere to safety and infection control standards.
