Mental Health Coach

Mental health coaches are responsible for helping families navigate a wide range of behavioral and emotional challenges through weekly client meetings. This role involves collaborating with an individual coach, parent coach, and clinical team leader to provide holistic family support.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family counseling, along with a valid driver's license and personal liability insurance. Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families providing therapy is strongly preferred, as is the ability to build strong relationships and work flexible hours.
