Corrective Exercise

Flexologists are responsible for delivering high-End, one-On-One assisted stretch sessions ranging from 25 to 50 minutes, covering all major muscle groups, extremities, and the neck. They must also educate clients on stretching benefits, assess mobility, and ensure client safety during techniques.

Candidates must possess a strong passion for movement, stretching, and flexibility, ideally with at least one year of hands-On bodywork experience in a fitness or health environment. Essential qualifications include a strong professional work ethic, punctuality, and excellent communication skills that convey empathy and compassion.
