Child Activity Center Leader (3038)

The leader nurtures children through purposeful programming focused on achievement, belonging, and relationships, while maintaining close visual supervision and organizing the environment based on developmental needs. This role also involves assisting with planning culturally relevant activities, adhering to safety standards, and cultivating positive communication with parents and caregivers.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old (18 for third team member status) and preferably have completed semester units in child development or related fields, along with previous experience working with children in a group setting. Required certifications include current first aid, aed, and cpr for adult, infant, and child, plus completion of child abuse prevention training.
