RN - School Nursing Program

The school nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and evaluating first aid procedures and health education for k-12 students. They also manage health records and participate in health care plans involving students and families.

Candidates must be a licensed registered professional nurse in illinois and have basic life support certification within 30 days. A high school diploma or ged is required.
