Outpatient Group Facilitator

The group facilitator plans and delivers group therapy programming for patients in php and iop, helping clients develop recovery tools. They evaluate clients' mental and physical health and document services delivered in the emr system.

Candidates must have a master's degree in social work or a related field and relevant licensure such as ladcii or cadc. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with knowledge of therapeutic modalities for substance use disorders.
