Core responsibilities
The facilitator/Instructor will recruit and engage participants for career readiness workshops, ensuring full classes and adequate preparation. They will also develop curriculum, model appropriate workplace behavior, and assist customers with referrals to support services.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in adult education, counseling, or a related field, along with one year of experience as a group facilitator or counselor. A new york state driver’s license and the ability to access community resources are also required.
