Registered Nurse RN Simulation Specialist

This position implements education programs for workforce needs through simulation education and training. It involves designing, implementing, and evaluating simulation-Based learning outcomes to support workforce goals and clinical staff development.

Candidates must have a master's degree in nursing, healthcare, education, technology, or a related field, along with a current rn license and five years of recent acute care experience. Two years of experience using adult learning principles and strong communication skills are also required.
