Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will lead the assessment, development, and oversight of individualized aba treatment plans while supervising rbts. This role emphasizes clinical quality, data-Driven decision-Making, and collaboration with families to support meaningful client outcomes.

Candidates must have a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field and an active bcba certification. Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities is also required.
