ParaProfessional-Long Term Substitute

The paraprofessional supports diverse learners in and outside of the classroom while assisting with lesson plans, grading homework, and writing progress reports. They work closely with an assigned teacher to provide instructional reinforcement and support students' academic and emotional needs.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with experience working with students and effective communication skills. An associate's degree in early childhood development or education is preferred, as well as experience with special-Needs students.
