The speech language pathologist (Slp) is responsible for evaluating patients and developing individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. They will also provide therapy and educate patients and families about the nature of disorders and therapy techniques.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a master's degree in speech language pathology from an accredited program and hold a current state slp licensure. Experience of 0-1 years is preferred, along with a certificate of clinical competence in speech-Language pathology (Ccc-Slp) from asha.
