Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health - (Per Visit)

The speech language pathologist provides examination and evaluation to determine prognosis and intervention, updating the plan of care as necessary. They also consult with medical professionals to ensure optimum patient care and maintain accurate patient records.

A master's degree in speech language pathology from an accredited program is required, along with current licensure in new jersey and asha certification. Cpr certification and a valid driver's license are also necessary for home care staff.
