Child Life- Education Specialist Teacher

The education specialist provides individualized tutoring and academic support to hospitalized school-Age children and adolescents. They work cooperatively with the local education agency and act as a liaison to the patient’s school and public school districts.

A bachelor’s degree in education is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with children. A state of connecticut teacher certification is also required.
