The pediatric behavioral health specialist provides direct therapeutic contact to patients and leads educational groups to address psychological vulnerabilities. They also ensure a safe environment and assist with patient care needs.

Candidates must have basic life support certification and relevant work experience in a behavioral health setting. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with at least six months of relevant experience.
