Recreation leader-Youth leader

The recreation leader-Youth leader is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-Being of participants while engaging with youth to build rapport and encourage participation. They also provide mentorship and guidance to support the social, emotional, and physical development of young individuals.

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with youth, parents, and colleagues, and hold current certification in first aid and cpr or be willing to obtain it upon hire. Preferred qualifications include skills in conflict resolution and behavior management.
