Applied Behavior Specialist

The applied behavior specialist will provide ongoing behavioral assessment and implement behavior support plans for individuals with prader-Willi syndrome and other behavioral challenges. They will work closely with the clinical team to apply strategies from an applied behavior analysis model and ensure the safety and well-Being of residents.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field, or an associate degree with three years of relevant experience. Experience with challenging behaviors and implementing aba strategies is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
