Clinical Educator

The clinical educator will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programs to support excellence in patient care. They will partner with clinical leadership and staff to determine learning needs and develop educational initiatives.

Candidates should have four years of hospice or home health experience and a degree in nursing, with a bsn preferred. Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in microsoft office applications are also required.
