Physical Therapist (PT) - Mobile Outpatient

The physical therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in patients' homes, assessing needs and developing individualized therapy programs. They will also instruct and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Candidates must have a valid physical therapy license and a master's degree in physical therapy or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with significant experience. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is also required.
