Core responsibilities
The behavioral consultant will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans (Itps), and implement aba-Aligned strategies. Collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams is essential to support client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be licensed in pennsylvania as a behavior specialist or hold relevant certifications or degrees in behavior analysis or related fields. Experience in mental health direct services with children/Youth is also required.
