The employment specialist provides personalized, trauma-Informed services to help individuals with behavioral health conditions achieve their vocational goals. Responsibilities include delivering pre-Vocational services, assisting with job placement, and providing job coaching.

A bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in employment services for individuals with disabilities. Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license are also necessary.
