Behavior Therapist (BT/RBT)

The behavior therapist will provide one-On-One therapy to clients and implement behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas. They will also collect data on client behaviors and collaborate with bcbas to monitor progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and meet bacb eligibility requirements for rbt certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively are also required.
