Core responsibilities
As a residential support specialist, you will ensure the safety and well-Being of adolescents with idd and bh/Mh diagnoses while engaging them in daily activities. You will also implement individualized treatment plans and support their development through positive reinforcement.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as psychology or social work is required, along with a minimum age of 21. Prior experience working with children in behavioral health is preferred.
