5-8 Classroom Aide

The role involves providing instructional support, leading small groups, and assisting teachers with academic tasks like lesson preparation and grading for 5th-8th grade classrooms, while also integrating biblical perspectives into student learning and growth. Responsibilities also include managing student behavior, providing encouragement, and assisting with various campus duties like am/Pm and lunch supervision.

Candidates must possess a personal relationship with jesus christ and enthusiastically support the school's statement of faith and mission, demonstrating a deep knowledge of scripture and a passion for ministering to students. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, at least one year of education experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency with microsoft office suite, and the ability to maintain a valid level one ivp fingerprint card.
