Behavior Technician - Shelby Township

The behavior technician is responsible for delivering evidence-Based aba therapy, collecting and analyzing data, and maintaining a safe, organized instructional environment. They must also communicate effectively with parents and supervisors while adhering to hipaa regulations and company procedures.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs, kneeling, and moving quickly to ensure client safety.
