Internship (Sep to Apr) – Prevention Case Management

The intern will support the prevention program by conducting client screenings, managing caseload documentation, and connecting families to vital community resources. They will work collaboratively with case managers to help families at risk of homelessness maintain housing stability.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in social work, human services, public health, or a related field. Proficiency in written and verbal communication is required, and fluency in spanish or haitian creole is highly desired.
