Independence Coach

The independence coach supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals related to independent living, employment, and community integration. They act as a liaison between families, technology vendors, and service providers while documenting progress toward established milestones.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 21 years of age. A valid tennessee driver’s license with an f endorsement, clear driving history, and current cpr/First aid certification are required.
