Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism under the guidance of a bcba. They use evidence-Based techniques to teach essential life skills while managing and reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and willing to obtain cpr, first aid, and registered behavior technician certifications.
