Core responsibilities
Provide direct one-On-One and group client care while following individualized treatment plans and behavior reduction protocols. Collect and summarize behavioral data while assisting with parent training and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment.
Requirements summary
Must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and possess at least a high school diploma or ged. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly to ensure child safety.
