Community Health Specialist

The community health specialist provides health education, hiv/Hcv/Sti testing, and risk reduction counseling to individuals and groups in various community settings. They also facilitate referrals to medical care and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system.

Candidates must possess a valid california driver's license, bls certification, and relevant state certifications for hiv testing and phlebotomy. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
