Associate Child Care Teacher

The associate teacher assists with hands-On activities to meet the needs of children and maintains open communication with parents regarding daily milestones. They are also responsible for ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment while providing coverage across the center as needed.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and must pass all required state and company background checks. While one year of experience in child care is preferred, the role also values candidates with a cda or a degree in early education.
