Residential Advisor

The residential advisor provides 24-Hour supervision and a supportive environment for job corps trainees to ensure safety, discipline, and progress toward performance goals. They act as mentors and facilitators for life skills, while maintaining accurate documentation and facility standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for two years of experience in counseling, education, or social work. Strong management skills, the ability to relate to young adults, and a valid driver's license are required.
