Community Employment Specialist / Job Coach - Part Time - Philadelphia

The community employment specialist assists individuals with disabilities in developing job skills, creating resumes, and preparing for interviews. They also provide hands-On coaching at job sites and facilitate community outings to promote independence and workplace success.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle. Applicants must also pass criminal record, child abuse, and fbi clearances, and demonstrate the ability to obtain cpr/First aid and acre certifications.
