Youth Development Counselor

The youth development counselor provides direct supervision and engages children in various group activities during school-Year programs and summer camps. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing environment while adhering to state licensing standards and child abuse prevention policies.

Candidates must have at least six months of verifiable experience working with school-Age children and be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma is preferred, and the role requires maintaining certifications in cpr, aed, first aid, and emergency oxygen administration.
